Ceramic Tile
Cleaning Ceramic Tile:
-Wipe tiles with a damp sponge mop using clean tap water or a FLOOR360 recommended ceramic tile cleaner.
-DO NOT use any cleaner containing acid or bleach, over time acidic cleaners will etch and eventually damage tiles.
-DO NOT use a detergent cleaner or soap as they will leave a film that dulls the surface.
Natural Stone Care:
For natural stone care please check information for the exact type of stone you have purchased. Each type (Granite, Marble, Slate, etc.) has individual care instructions depending on the stone’s characteristic. Please ask a FLOOR360 Sales Associate for the recommended cleaner.
Grout Care:
-Grout may periodically require special attention because of its porous and textured surface.
-Grout joints are normally recessed below the tile surface. Simply running a mop across the tile surface does not always clean the grout.
-To remove any ground in dirt, directly agitate the grout joint with a scrub brush. This procedure may be done periodically during routine cleaning of your tile.
Did you know?
Some ceramic tiles are designed to mimic nature with a greater range of color from piece to piece, while others are deigned with greater uniformity? However all ceramic tiles have some “range” of color and natural stone products will have a very wide range of color.
