Duties

  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise

Achieve maximum sales, profitability and growth by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. This position works in the segment of FLOOR360’s business that caters to homeowner clients and home builders who require large new home builds, remodels, and renovations. These high-end clients expect their designers to deliver exceptional service with attention to detail.

Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers. Use your winning personality and relationship development skills to close business and earn referrals. Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs, taste and style.

Duties:

*Be a team player. Contribute to a positive atmosphere with customers & employees.

*Make sure all customers are treated with the very best service.

*Visit client’s homes for on-site design consultations.

*Meet with clients at the showroom to make product selections.

*Maintain and grow client relationships to increase sales.

*Consistently grow client base by cold calling, maintaining daily contacts, follow-ups, and adequate closing percentages.

*Proactively learn and navigate through the preferred software.

*Adhere to established processes within provided company guidelines

*Enter customer information in the computer database.

*Respond to all forms of communications in a respectful and timely manner.

*Contact potential accounts builders, contractors, realtors, designers, property managers, restoration companies, in an effort to create more sales.
