This individual will be responsible for a full span on accounting and business administration to include: Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Billing, Payroll and Business Tax Preparation. Annual salary starts at $40,000 and is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. FLOOR360 is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.

- Execute Accounts Payable invoicing and payment processing
- Organize and prepare bookkeeping, including journal entries, payroll statements and sales reports
- Back up support for Purchasing, Payroll & Billing
- Detail oriented approach to general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable and payables
- Research and resolve reconciling discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze G/L accounts and assist with periodic tax filings
- Assist with special projects and spreadsheets as requested
- Undertake other duties as they arise
- Proficiency in Excel
- Construction experience a plus, but not required
- Minimum two-year Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
- Willingness to learn customized accounting software and adapt to software updates
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work both individually and within a team-oriented environment
