Description

We are looking for the right person to join our Commercial Flooring & Multifamily sales in Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin. FLOOR360 is in the midst of a growth phase and we are looking to add team members who have the drive and communication skills needed to create a new book of business and build lasting relationships with commercial contractors and their project managers.

FLOOR360 has been in business for over 25 years and has built a back-office team and processes to support each of our sales team members. We enable all of our sales team members to do what they do best and that’s selling, not filling out tons of paperwork or engaging in back-office activities. You’ll have a team of estimators, project managers, and sales support staff at your disposal so your time is focused on selling.

Responsibilities

The goal of this role is to achieve sales growth and profitability by selling flooring materials and related services to commercial general contractors and multi-family builders. You’ll be expected to seek out and make contact with project leaders, managers and estimators at general contractors, design build firms in an effort to bring in projects to bid.

You’ll be expected to sell and secure orders and contracts from existing and prospective customers. Use your winning personality and relationship development skills to close business and earn referrals. Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their spec, needs, taste and style.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience in flooring sales, construction, sales, and has a natural ability to network, is process-oriented and is driven by being rewarded for the business they generate.
