I walked into Floor 360 Madison and was thrilled to see so many choices but a little over whelmed. I worked with Nicole who helped me narrow down choices for the hard wood flooring we wanted for our open floor plan. I was able to take home multiple samples. I narrowed it down but was still unsure. Nicole offered to come over to help me choose what would work best for our style. With Nicole's help I felt we made a good choice and had it ordered.

I was notified when it came in and got the install date scheduled with no problem. The install crew showed up on time, was friendly and did meticulous work. We are beyond thrilled with the end result! What a transformation.

Alyssa was very helpful! Coordinating our backsplash along with the hardware to go in our kitchen. Alyssa took the time to meet with me at Home Depot to pick the hardware to go in our kitchen. We are pleased with the results .

Shelli was extremely likable and very knowledgable and helped us to the nth degree is finding us flooring that would work for us. After what was like a lifetime checking out samples, we finally picked a floor that would satisfy both of us. Their installation crew was extremely thorough and did a fine job putting it down and were very respectful to our house and contents and they came in and worked. Clean up after them was minimal, since they did a great job at that also. We'd rate this operation at the highest level.

I commend the Service Department for for their prompt and courteous attention to a problem I had with my hardwood floor. A competitor had installed the floor five years ago, but never responded to my email about the gap in the floor. Ruth Roper at Floor 360 responded quickly and sent Scott to fix it. The next time I need floor covering, I will be shopping at Floor 360. They provide excellent service! Thank you to Ruth and Scott!
