We have worked with Floor360 for previous carpet and wood floor installations, and recently had additional carpet installed. Our experience with their design and installation staff has always been excellent. We work with Nichole Abbott, one of the interior designers, and she has always done a great job of helping us decide on the best option for our flooring needs and does a great job of coordinating the purchase and installation of our selections. The installation team for our latest carpet installation did an excellent job - they worked quickly and very professionally and we are very satisfied with the new carpet and our whole experience with Floor360.

I commend the Service Department for for their prompt and courteous attention to a problem I had with my hardwood floor. A competitor had installed the floor five years ago, but never responded to my email about the gap in the floor. Ruth Roper at Floor 360 responded quickly and sent Scott to fix it. The next time I need floor covering, I will be shopping at Floor 360. They provide excellent service! Thank you to Ruth and Scott!
