As FLOOR360’s Director of Sales, Jen Fickling understands the dual responsibility to the needs of both builders and homeowners. The team is composed of college-degreed interior designers and design consultants with numerous years of hands-on experience in flooring. This talented team works with the homeowner’s vision to create incredible, unique showers, backsplashes, and fireplace surrounds. Homeowner surveys ensure that we continually improve and track that homeowners become positive ambassadors for both FLOOR360 and the builder.

Our dedicated field team brings added value to every project by proactively visiting job sites before, during, and after the flooring installation process. They communicate crucial information to builders in real time,
ensuring an on-time installation.
