FLOOR360 has a core group of individuals on our leadership team who work together to lead and support the initiatives of the company.
Bob founded the Wisconsin Flooring Company in Madison in January 1998; later to be re-named FLOOR360. He believes the success of FLOOR360 is a direct result of attracting and retaining good people in all areas of business. Bob is originally from Cincinnati, OH where he was an owner of a graphic design company and later launched a full-service advertising agency. Bob’s commitment to giving back to the community includes initiating and sponsoring Design for a Difference, a charity movement which provides design makeovers for non-profit facilities in the Madison area. Ryan leads strategic growth initiatives, sales and marketing for FLOOR360. Prior to joining FLOOR360, Ryan was the VP of Marketing for the Madison based apartment search startup ABODO (rentable.co), leading the Growth and Marketing teams. Prior to that he held different leadership roles in creating, leading and growing Spectrum Brands Global e-Commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
Robert joined the company in January 1999 and has provided FLOOR360 with the financial leadership to enable consistent growth. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Robert’s area of expertise includes evaluating commercial contracts, insurance and bonding requirements. He is also responsible for FLOOR360’s strong position with financial institutions and key suppliers.
Mike specializes in flooring for large residential housing projects on University Campuses all over the Midwest. He has worked with designers, builders and architects on flooring for large apartment complexes at University of Wisconsin, University of Kansas, Purdue University, University of Minnesota and many more. He joined the company in January 2000.
Chris has been with the company since June 2004. His specialty is the ability to handle interesting and sometime difficult projects. Projects in his portfolio include multiple schools, restaurants, new apartment complexes as well as retro projects like the Milwaukee Kimpton Hotel, Westin Hotel Milwaukee, and the Brewhouse Hotel-Pabst Brewery conversion.
Matt has been with FLOOR360 since January 2005, leading the team of installers and service professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
Jared comes to FLOOR360 with almost twenty years of experience in leading and managing financial growth for various product categories at Spectrum Brands. Most recently, he held the position of Director of Treasury. Jared will use his experience guiding teams through corporate expansions to put a tighter focus on creating systems and processes that help FLOOR360 take a larger share of the ever-growing New Home Construction and Commercial markets.
Steve oversees the day-today operations of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, inventory and deliveries. He has developed and led his team of quality people since December 2013.
Jen joined the FLOOR360 team in January 2016. She is the Director of Sales for the Residential Outside Sales Team. Her main responsibilities are networking, increasing sales by growing builder accounts and recruiting and training outside sales reps. Jen earned her Master’s Degree in Education from St. Mary’s University.
Kelly is an interior designer, who has been in the flooring business since 2011. She holds a BA in journalism from Indiana University, and hold an associate’s degree in interior design from Milwaukee Area Technical College. With the introduction of Design For A Difference-Milwaukee, Kelly will be sharing her skills while improving the aesthetics, function and safety in a space needed by those in the Milwaukee community who are less fortunate.
Since November 2016, Audra has provided executive support while managing internal and external communications. Additionally, Audra organizes and executes the company’s advertising and marketing plans. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University.
