Organic modern style
FLOOR360 contributed flooring, tile and installation to a Parade of Home residence that followed the organic modern style trend. The style fuses minimalist modern contemporary aesthetics with natural organic elements and a neutral color palette with visible textures. This trend is characterized by natural materials like hardwood flooring, hardwood accents, stone, marble, handcrafted tile and a blend of nature-inspired shapes and silhouettes with sleek modern lines. The luxury custom home builder was Hart DeNoble Builders, interior design by DesignWell Interiors, and photos by The Wedding Flashers.
hardwood entryway features
The hardwood entryway features set the design tone for an organic modern style home. The warmth of the hardwood flooring contrasts with smooth lines in the black contemporary modern staircase. FLOOR360 supplied and installed hardwood planks in medium brown tone with visible grains and knots on the ceiling with raindrop style staggered lighting.
FLOORING IS DESIGN FOUNDATION
We say flooring is the design foundation in your home because it provides visual style consistency throughout the home. Hardwood flooring in white oak creates a light and airy feeling in the home with abundant natural light shining through two story windows. The color scheme is nature-inspired with soft white, browns, cream, light gray, charcoal grey, and accents from black, metal, and green.
bathrooms TEXUTRED TILE
Adding warmth to organic modern bathrooms is accomplished with the selection of textured tile. FLOOR360 installed a wood look tile accent on the floor, wall, and ceiling surrounding the free-standing tub in the primary bathroom to incorporate a nature-inspired element. The boy’s bathroom has grey stone-look large tile on the walls and floors with visible texture. Zellige tile was supplied and installed in the curbless guest shower for its varying colors and textures.
