Courtney Wollersheim

I have had a passion for design since I was young. My dad has owned a painting business for 40 years, so I grew up around paint, color, and wallpaper — and loved seeing the process from conception to completion.  I understand how stressful a construction project can be. My goal is to set your mind at ease by organizing logistics and listening to your individual needs to make your space everything you’ve dreamed of.

With 20 years of design experience in the industry, I am tuned in to all the latest design trends but have a keen eye for function and flow. I spent 10 years in Scottsdale, Arizona designing interiors for high-end residential homes. While my overall design is more modern/transition, I picked up an appreciation for Spanish and Tuscan design and architecture.  Through color, texture, and layering, the results are a clean, well-rounded space with the client’s personality in mind.

I have worked with many architects and construction companies to achieve a high level of proficiency in every project. My portfolio includes designs for hotels, spas, dental offices, model homes, nursing homes, apartments, and more houses than I can count.

I am associated with Design for a Difference, MABA, and NARI.

In my free time, you can find me hanging with my “boys:” my husband, two sons, and black lab. Sipping wine with friends, antiquing, and hanging out up north on the lake…my happy place!

2019 Parade of Homes

Courtney partnered with Alterra Design Homes for this project that was on the 2019 Parade of Homes route.

Modern Industrial Farmhouse

Here's a home in the modern industrial farmhouse style that used a mixture of hardwood and tile to meet and match the style of her clients

Luxe Style

Courtney helped her client select tile and flooring that would help express a luxe style throughout this new home build

Modern Farmhouse

This modern farmhouse was inspired by the homeowner’s love of farmhouse charm combined with modern functionality. The overall feel of this home, located in the beautiful countryside of Waterloo, WI, is so cozy and welcoming and it is all because of the wonderfully creative design style of the client and designer.

Classic Elegance

The modern textural elements of the fireplace stone add beauty and depth to this interior with the perfect scale and color tone to accent the space perfectly.
