FLOOR360 ANNOUNCES NEW 25,000 SQ. FT. LOCATION IN MILWAUKEE

New store concept offers designer flooring for less and concierge interior design services

MADISON, WI (March 20, 2019) FLOOR360, provider of high-fashion flooring with headquarters in Madison announced that a new location covering 25,000 square feet will open on April 4, 2019 at 12500 W. Silver Spring Drive in Butler, WI. The new store will employ up to 20 people and will be a full-service flooring operation.

The remodeled space will include retail sales, a designer showroom, builder selection center, commercial sales, estimating department, installation department, warehouse and delivery.

The retail floor will offer designer brand carpet, hardwood and luxury vinyl at special-buy prices to Milwaukee homeowners. Products will be in-stock to purchase and take home the same day.

Through an agreement with Kashou Carpets, FLOOR360 will operate a separate creative space named Kashou Design Studio. Kashou Carpets had been in business for over 100 years serving the Milwaukee design community and will bring their expertise and buying power to this new endeavor. The Studio will carry exclusive specialty carpet and hardwood lines and will provide resources and meeting space for interior designers to meet with their clients.

The commercial team of sales and installation will build on the past success of FLOOR360 projects in Milwaukee including the Kimpton Journeyman, The Westin Hotel, The Corners of Brookfield and Café Hollander restaurant.

The Residential New Home Construction group in Milwaukee will benefit from the products and processes used in the FLOOR360 Madison location, which installs flooring in more new homes than any other business in Wisconsin.
